Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Rasasvada ("Sponsor"), operating at rasaspirit.com. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any email service provider or third-party platform used to distribute this communication.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and residency may be required prior to prize fulfillment. Residents outside of the United States are not eligible to participate.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Rasasvada, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on the date the announcement email is sent to Sponsor's email list ("Start Date") and ends fourteen (14) calendar days after the Start Date at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("End Date"). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Method 1 – Email Submission (Primary Method): Submit a written review and/or photo depicting your personal "Rasa Moment" — an experience with a Rasasvada product, whether through personal purchase, a gift, a sample, or any other means of encountering the product — by replying to the Promotion announcement email or by emailing contact@rasaspirit.com with the subject line "My Rasa Moment." No purchase is required to enter; however, entrants must have had a prior experience with a Rasasvada product in order to submit a valid entry. Your submission must include:

Your first name
Your email address
A written review of your Rasasvada experience and/or a photo of your Rasa Moment

Method 2 – Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry / AMOE): To enter without submitting content, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and the phrase "Rasa Moment Giveaway Entry" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the End Date and received within five (5) business days thereafter. All mail-in entrants have an equal chance of winning as email entrants.

Limit: One (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. CONTENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

By submitting a photo or written review ("User Content"), you confirm that:

The content is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
You have obtained consent from any identifiable individual appearing in submitted photos;
The content does not contain offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material;
You are the sole owner of all rights to the content submitted.

Rasasvada reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these guidelines.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

By submitting User Content, you grant Rasasvada a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish your submitted content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across any media, including but not limited to email, website, and social media, with or without attribution. You retain ownership of your content.

7. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Rasasvada bottle of their choice from the products available at rasaspirit.com at the time of notification ("Prize"). The approximate retail value of the Prize varies by product selection.

The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise or combined with any other offer. Rasasvada reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the Prize.

8. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within five (5) business days following the End Date.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. Rasasvada will make a reasonable effort to contact the winner. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to provide a valid shipping address for prize delivery.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Promotion constitutes the winner's consent for Rasasvada to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

11. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion (including name, email address, and submitted content) will be used by Rasasvada to administer the Promotion and for related marketing communications, in accordance with Rasasvada's Privacy Policy available at rasaspirit.com. Rasasvada will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Participants who no longer wish to receive marketing communications from Rasasvada may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any Rasasvada email. Opt-out requests will be honored within ten (10) business days in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

12. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rasasvada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any Prize. Rasasvada is not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries;
Technical failures of any kind;
Unauthorized human intervention;
Errors in the administration of the Promotion.

Rasasvada reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined at Rasasvada's sole discretion.

13. DISPUTES

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between participants and Rasasvada with respect to this Promotion and supersede all prior representations or agreements. Official Rules may not be modified after the Start Date. If any provision of these Rules is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
