Ingredients:
1.5oz Rasasvada Rose Bergamot
Pinch Of Salt
0.5oz Passionfruit Syrup
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.75oz Pineapple Juice
Rosemary (for Garnish)
Serve: Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
Spirited Option: Replace 1.5oz Rasasvada Rose Bergamot with 1oz Tequila and 1oz Rasasvada Rose Bergamot.
Tasting Notes:
Tart passionfruit and pineapple give a tropical twist to Rose Bergamot’s bitter backbone. A tiki style cocktail for the exotic and adventurous.
