SERVE: In a mixing jar, add molasses, lime juice, and Rasasvada Black Ginger. Stir until well incorporated and pour into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and finish with two drops of wormwood tincture.
Tasting Notes:
The concentrated sweet-sour syrup of pomegranate molasses encounters citrus notes, a hint of aniseed, and bitter, spicy undertones of black ginger and wormwood.
