Ingredients:

1.5oz Rasasvada Rose Bergamot
Dash of Salt or 3 Drops of Saline Solution
0.5oz Raspberry Syrup
1oz Rishi Peach Blossom White Tea
Top with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
Rose Petal (for Garnish)

Serve: Combine ingredients (except tonic water) into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and quickly shake. Double strain cocktail into a wine glass. Add ice and top with elderflower tonic water. Garnish with rose petals and enjoy.

Tasting Notes:

Ripe raspberry fruit balances out Rose Bergamot's herbal bitter notes in a fragrant floral spritz.
